Covid created a boom in mail-order gifts for the holidays in 2020 and 2021. While Holidays are always their top selling season, Cocoa Dolce was afraid that the post covid return to malls and gift shops would hurt their online sales.

Our Solution

We lowered the free shipping threshold from $50 to $35 min spend, we focused more ad spend on zip codes within 20 miles and offered free in-store pick up for online orders, and created a special ‘online only’ 9 piece chocolate box.
